Bringing your Sex Toy/ Doll to Sacred Places
Just wanted to make a quick post about a crazy event that happened on the eve of the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. Not a lot of information is available because I think it was swept under the rug as fast as it hit the ground. Supposedly four British men decided it would be fun/funny to take a blow-up doll to the Ground Zero Memorial. I am all for sex fun with blow-up and sex dolls, but I think we should draw the line somewhere, don’t you? Story goes they were running around Manhattan snapping photos with the blow-up doll for a round of bachelor party fun.
Not sure why they thought Ground Zero was the best place to do it though! Many people were disgusted with their antics and alerted the police that patrol the area.
An officer ask them what they were doing and after hearing their reasoning asked they to leave. Sources say three of the men work for a Wall Street Bank. I guess high paying, high IQ jobs don’t require taste of common sense. Roseanne Hughes, who is a widow of the 9/11 attacks, who also is now a member of the memorial foundation had this to say. “I’m speechless. I don’t even have any words for that. It’s a disgrace.” and “That is sacred ground, I lost my husband and I don’t even know what to say. It’s disgusting!”
I must say that I share the same opinion. We (members of the doll community) love our blow-up doll, fuck doll, lover, partner, or tv watching buddy, but I would like to think most of us would keep it a little more classy. People like this are just giving people like us a bad name. We are just now starting to be viewed as somewhat “normal”. Hopefully others don’t try to copycat something like this! -Play Doll
